Please follow these directions as we are in a remote location and are not yet listed on Google Maps or Waze. Travel agencies such as Booking or Expedia are still working on getting our exact location squared.

1. We are located in the town of Pedro Antonio Santos, 35 minutes north of the town of Bacalar.

2. The POINT in the link below is the location of the intersection on the highway where the lagoon starts. You will see a wood sign with an eye next to the Ixkichpan sign.

3. From this intersection, slowly go 4.5 km on the dirt road.
Always keep to your right as this is a narrow two-road street. From here, you are approximately 15 – 20 mins away from Kapok Bacalar.

4. You will pass our neighbors: Cabañas Ichkichpan, Mis Casas, Alfa y Omega, and then will arrive at our floating stone entrance. Park in any space in front of the gate.
